About the Center Manager Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our center operations, ensuring effective program management, mobilization, enrollment, training, placement, student journey management, batch progression, outcome monitoring, reporting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, people management, financial management, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and effectively utilize key institutional partnerships for quality mobilization
  • Supervise enrollment processes to ensure end outcomes in terms of numbers and quality
  • Own the training process to ensure adherence to processes and high-quality academic results
  • Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities and organize placement drives
  • Build a culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellence
  • Engage with stakeholders, manage people, and ensure financial management and compliance
  • Administer all aspects of center operations, including reporting and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance
  • Ability to counsel students
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage
