Our client owns multiple premium properties across India, requiring an experienced Technical Head to oversee their portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

Facilities Management

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of personal and hospitality properties.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all estate-related issues.

Tech Oversight & Maintenance

  • Ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning of utilities and infrastructure including:
  • Diesel Generators (DG sets)
  • Electrical systems and backup power
  • Lifts and elevators
  • Water pumps and plumbing
  • Firefighting and fire safety systems
  • HVAC systems
  • Surveillance systems

Team Supervision & Coordination

  • Lead and manage a team stationed across properties.
  • Set performance standards and monitor execution of duties.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to on-site teams.

Cost Control & Budgeting

  • Prepare maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and manage cost-effective operations.

Project Management

  • Manage renovation and additions projects, including civil and electrical work.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, in-depth tech knowledge, and demonstrated experience managing high-end residential properties. They should possess excellent leadership skills, be proactive in problem-solving, and have a customer-focused approach.
