Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to craft engaging training materials for our channel partners. This role involves simplifying complex learning concepts, making them easy to understand and accessible to people across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Training Programs
  • Create interactive learning modules, both online and classroom
  • Develop content, prepare presentations, videos, scripts, workbooks, and quizzes in Hindi and English
  • Apply adult learning principles, storytelling, examples, role-plays, gamification, and other engaging ways to connect with real-life situations of our associates
  • Collaborate with trainers, product experts, and business leaders to ensure content is accurate and relevant
  • Evaluate and improve training material continuously
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong writing and editing skills in Hindi and English
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts, making them clear and practical
  • Knowledge of tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate (preferred)
  • Creativity in using stories, visuals, and activities to make learning fun
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts simply
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in direct selling retail training
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning, Development, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training program creation
  • Hands-on experience in developing learning content for Hindi-speaking audiences
