Retail Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team at Ample. As a key member, you'll be responsible for finding and hiring top talent for our retail division.
About the Role:
In this critical position, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top candidates. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a smooth recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Main Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to reach potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool by building relationships with passive candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Conduct initial interviews to gauge skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Hiring Coordination:
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including job offer extensions and onboarding new employees.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with store managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and status.
Organizational Skills:
- Maintain accurate records of job postings, candidate interactions, and hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, such as job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS), is an asset.
