We are seeking a skilled Counselling Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the undergraduate admissions process, from initial counseling to university acceptances.

This role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes student timelines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in academic and admissions writing, are essential. Empathy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are also crucial in building trust with students and families.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline, preferably from or with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles is required. Familiarity with undergraduate/postgraduate platforms such as Common App, UCAS, and OUAC is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support students throughout the entire undergraduate admissions process.
  • Guide students in developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles.
  • Strategize personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection, standardized testing, and university shortlisting.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on all application components.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably from or with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada).
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing.
