We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Renewal Collection and Persistency Targets:
The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve targets based on renewal collection and persistency through customer calling or physical visits with prior appointment.
This includes ensuring the maintenance and sharing of daily customer trackers and conversion thereof, including review with the Manager-Collections.
The goal is to convince customers to renew their premium and policy continuation, providing retention tools like mode change, partial withdrawal, PUA surrender, and loan etc.
Timely Deposit of Cheques:
The specialist must deposit cheques at the nearest MLI branch/bank branch within 24 hours of collection.
Customer Escalations and Resolution:
The role requires effective handling of customer escalations, 100% resolution of customer queries and concerns, including tracking of service requests raised, providing clarity to required customers on special revival schemes, changes in terms, short premium buckets to resolve financial constraints, and retaining customers.
Follow-up on Critical Documents:
The specialist ensures follow-up on critical documents such as Health Declaration Forms, tele-underwriting/home visits medical/ECS Mandate/complaint letters on silent grief, and obtaining new contact details through branch operations.
