  • Feature Innovator & Experimentation Specialist
    • Conceptualize and launch new website features to enhance engagement (e.g., improved CLP sorting, dynamic landing pages).
    • Drive personalization initiatives (custom user journeys, product recommendations, homepage variations).
    • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize layouts and content placements.
    • Track outcomes of experiments and scale successful initiatives.
  • Performance Insights Expert
    • Monitor key website KPIs: load speed, CTR, bounce rate, session time, conversion rate.
    • Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
    • Continuously improve frontend performance and user experience based on data and testing outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Team Lead
    • Work with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align website initiatives with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize frontend features and improvements.
    • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric thinking in all website decisions.

Success Metrics:

  • Website performance: +10–15% improvement in speed and responsiveness.
  • Campaign execution: 100% on-time rollout of content and creative updates.
  • Engagement uplift: Increase CTR and session duration through new features and personalization.
  • Conversion impact: Measurable uplift in CVR via A/B testing and UX improvements.
  • Experimentation cadence: At least 2 experiments per month with documented learnings.
