Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and various departments to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new systems.
  • Develop engaging digital training materials to empower staff with the necessary skills.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to facilitate smooth adoption of new tools.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with HR and training teams to develop relevant training resources and identify critical digital skills gaps.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (strong potential graduates considered).
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience with AI tools and agents, like ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent.
  • Digital content creation skills using Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and urgency to find effective solutions.
  • Curiosity, willingness to experiment, and ability to analyze value-added technologies.
  • Quick learner with excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
