Job Summary:

A seasoned Accounts Receivable Professional is needed to oversee the entire AR process, from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day calls/queries related to billing processes
  • Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing
  • Adhere to policy guidelines for billing
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers
  • Contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies
Requirements:
  • End-to-end knowledge in AR
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Billing & Invoicing, Cash Application, Customer Reconciliation

The successful candidate will be responsible for downloading bank statements, providing bank statements and remittances to collectors, and performing regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function. They will also ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions, reconcile orders to match customer books, and provide details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors daily.
