Finance System Support Specialist

The role of Finance System Support Specialist involves ensuring the optimal performance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for global clients. This requires close collaboration with internal and external resources to address technical issues and implement effective solutions.

This specialist will provide critical support and maintenance services, contributing to delivering high-quality results on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely support to customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Designing functional solutions based on business requirements.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure application fixes meet business needs and are delivered as scheduled.
  • Managing problem resolution to minimize incident impact on clients' operations.
  • Assisting junior consultants with technical expertise while driving process improvements.
  • Fostering relationships between Global Support teams and Redfaire group.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 3 years' experience in JD Edwards E1 Finance support or implementation.
  • Expertise in all core finance modules, including GL, AR, AP.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • A highly motivated individual with a proactive approach and commitment to quality results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, applying analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player with strong initiative and clear communication.

Requirements Summary

• Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance experience: At least 3 years.

• Domain expertise in finance modules: GL, AR, AP.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
