Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Workday HCM functional support for Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) operations.
  • Deliver L2 and L3 support across Core HCM, Compensation Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Performance, Benefits, and related areas.
  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues, including break fixes, minor enhancements, business process improvements, and version updates.
