Senior Design Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Design Consultant to lead our design team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing bespoke design solutions that meet their needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of interior design principles.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design process for a portfolio of HomeLane customers, from initial consultation to final design delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of projects.
  3. Analyse sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
