As a Lead Interior Designer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional design solutions to premium customers. Your journey begins with understanding their requirements and providing them with the best possible design options for their homes.

Your focus will be on prioritizing and executing multiple design projects while analyzing sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to enhance our design offerings and ensure that our customers receive highly functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years of experience with 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Site experience, ensuring that proposed designs can be installed efficiently
  • Exposure to residential projects is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats to construct and defend ideas/designs/pricing

Effective communication in English is required, and proficiency in the local language is desirable.
