Job Title: Interior Design Execution Expert

The role of an Interior Design Execution Expert is crucial in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of interior projects from planning to handover, meeting design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily project operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, guaranteeing a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards.
  • Client Liaison and Communication: Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly.
  • Design Review and Quality Assurance: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to ensure the project meets design specifications.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Reporting and Site Progress Updates: Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or relevant experience in interior project/site execution.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
