About the Role:

Zigsaw is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Professional to join our team in Mumbai.

Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of ₹ 60,000 per month for API candidates and ₹ 1 lakh per month for excipients experience, along with additional incentives, are on offer.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in technical aspects of raw materials and be responsible for generating business leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit customers to introduce and promote raw materials for pharmaceutical and home & personal care products.
  • Assist in business development and client acquisition by identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Support senior sales staff in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers regarding product applications.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to queries.
  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss requirements and present solutions.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Maintain regular updates in CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma), Master's in Pharmacy (M. Pharma), or Master's in Technology (M. Tech).
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical and personal care raw materials and their applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in regional language(s), along with English & Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Incentive Structure:

  • Regular visits (1200 visits per month) – ₹ 250 per visit.
  • Approval-based incentive – ₹ 500 per business development approval.
