As a key member of our design team, you will work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability, ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow, especially in applying design to AI-powered products.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.
