UI/UX Designer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on understanding user needs, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys movement between UX research, wireframing, and prototyping, and is comfortable using Figma and AI-assisted tools to quickly translate UX decisions into working UI screens.

This role involves conducting user research, translating requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, creating production-ready UI designs, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, contributing to the design system for consistency across devices and platforms, applying accessibility and usability best practices, presenting designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders, and iterating quickly based on feedback and testing results.

To succeed in this position, you'll need 4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, a strong emphasis on UX, a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation, strong communication skills, and the ability to iterate rapidly and adapt designs based on user feedback and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Create visually polished UI designs that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Develop production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Presentation and iteration are key aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
  • Strong emphasis on UX.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with AI-powered design workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in an iterative design process.
