Lead Digital Designer

We're seeking an accomplished Lead Digital Designer to spearhead the development of intuitive and user-friendly digital products.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned designer with a strong portfolio in crafting engaging dashboards and web interfaces that meet our users' needs.

  • Design and Prototype Interfaces: Develop innovative dashboards and data-driven web interfaces that drive seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to bring ideas to life and ensure successful execution.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance our products.
  • Maintain a Consistent Design System: Establish and evolve a consistent design system that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Simplify Complex Workflows: Transform complex workflows into simple and intuitive experiences that delight our users.

You Should Have:

  • Experience in UI/UX Design: 3+ years of experience in designing digital products for web applications (preferably B2B/SaaS).
  • Strong Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing dashboard designs and web UIs that demonstrate your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong UX Principles: Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus: Experience with data visualization and design systems, as well as basic understanding of front-end technologies.
