What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services to support collaboration, persistent memory, and AI Experts/Skills.
  • Work closely with teams to ship features at high speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow from dozens → thousands of users.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape our company for years to come.
Tech Stack We're Using (and you'll help evolve)
  • Node.js / TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL / Redis
  • GraphQL APIs
  • AWS / GCP
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Experience with LLM integrations, vector DBs, or real-time systems is a big plus.

  • 3+ years software engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset — you're excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
