Key Responsibilities

Valeo, a global tech company, is seeking an experienced Electronic Design Lead to join their team. As an electronic design lead, you will be responsible for the technical responsibility of the hardware design on your projects and coordination with other Electronic métier. Your main missions will include leading the hardware design of your projects in various aspects of development, in line with Valeo CIP and Product Group standard development rules.

Requirements

You will be responsible for ensuring the technical responsibility of the hardware design on your projects and coordination with other Electronic métier. This includes leading the hardware design of your projects in various aspects of development, in line with Valeo CIP and Product Group standard development rules. You will also be responsible for ensuring the performances and cost of your hardware projects, conception of new generation products, establishment of standards connected to your product family, and technical supervision of HW designers and scheduling of their tasks for your product family.

Additional Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for design reviews and application of HW methodology, coordination of the activities for the industrialization of your product, and ensuring the skills transmission in your network through the enrichment of the electronic standard database. You will work closely with other teams, including mechanics, industrial process, purchases, quality, software, and system to ensure the necessary coordination of jobs for the development of products and technologies.

Key Skills

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Design Lead who is knowledgeable in hardware design, electronics development, and product development. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in Valeo CIP and Product Group standard development rules is highly desirable.
