Job Title: Manager- Charger Hardware Design

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager- Charger Hardware Design to join our team at Royal Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing EV charger and charging systems with both hardware and software components. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and development of EV charger and charging systems with hardware and software components
* Development of charger control strategy, software development, and testing
* Development of charger diagnostics control strategy and implementation
* Development of charging system algorithms, software, and hardware components
* Development of network encrypted protocol for charger communication
* Development of IoT, OTA, and cybersecurity algorithms for 2W EV

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
* 5+ years of experience in hardware design
* Experience in designing and developing automotive lighting systems
* Knowledge of automotive global hardware standards
* Experience in working on EV projects

Functional Competencies:

* Matlab-Simulink, C++ programming, Amesim
* Java, SQL, OS, AI, ML, DL, Data Science
* Software testing, SIL, HIL, MIL, CAN/IVN, Embedded Security protocols
* Configuration Mgmt tool, Microcontroller programming, ASPICE
* Automotive Embedded system design and testing
* Charger system design and testing
