Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Hardware Design Lead at Sanmina, you will lead the electrical design of storage and server systems and manage a team of development engineers to support the design and sustainment of these products. Your key responsibilities will include leading embedded FW development and sustaining efforts, using JIRA for tracking and reporting bugs, and working closely with the Storage/Server Firmware team to provide feedback on product quality, performance, and conformance to documented requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead electrical design of storage and server systems.
  2. Manage team of development engineers.
  3. Lead embedded FW development and sustaining efforts.
  4. Use of JIRA for tracking and reporting bugs.
  5. Support sustaining activities on an as needed basis.
  6. Work closely with Storage/Server Firmware team.
  7. Execute product development plans.
  8. Provide test execution results.
  9. Support sustaining and development efforts.
  10. Participate in regular team meetings.
