  • Build strong relationships and rapport with clients to foster a supportive and empathetic counseling environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of counseling interactions, progress, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline application and enrollment processes.

  • Address inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a favorable impression.
  • Keep records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition for interested individuals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets for inquiries, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, Communications).
  • Proven experience as a Counselor, Telecaller, or customer service representative is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude to understand and address the needs of clients or students.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust over the phone and in-person.
  • Familiarity with counseling techniques, educational programs, and admissions processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, communication tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Time management skills to effectively manage counseling sessions or telecalling interactions.
