Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Counselor and Telecaller to engage with prospective clients or students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience to understand and address the needs of clients or students.

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients make informed decisions aligned with their goals.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with clients to foster a supportive and empathetic counseling environment.
- Maintain detailed records of counseling interactions, progress, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline application and enrollment processes.
Responsibilities
">- Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and benefits.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a favorable impression.
- Keep records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition for interested individuals.
- Achieve and exceed individual targets for inquiries, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, Communications).
- Proven experience as a Counselor, Telecaller, or customer service representative is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient attitude to understand and address the needs of clients or students.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust over the phone and in-person.
- Familiarity with counseling techniques, educational programs, and admissions processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, communication tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Time management skills to effectively manage counseling sessions or telecalling interactions.
