Job Title: Storage Engineer.

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Storage Professional with hands-on experience across various storage systems.

This role involves designing, managing, and optimizing hybrid storage infrastructures in a mission-critical environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring storage performance, availability, and data protection across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Hybrid Storage Management

  • Administer multiple storage systems including Pure, Dell EMC Unity, Cisco MDS, and AWS services.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize storage performance using scripting languages like Python or Ansible.
  • Implement security features for data protection and compliance.

Storage System Administration

  • Manage SAN/NAS configurations, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Configure and troubleshoot block (iSCSI/FC) and file (NFS/SMB) storage systems.
  • Monitor and report on storage performance and capacity utilization.

Cloud Storage Services

  • Manage AWS storage services including EBS, S3, FSx, Storage Gateway, and Glacier.
  • Optimize storage performance and cost using lifecycle policies and automation tools.
  • Implement hybrid integrations and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex storage environments.
  • Deep understanding of storage protocols, architectures, and system administration.
  • Strong scripting skills using languages like Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
