Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through meticulous day-to-day activities and tasks. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, thorough understanding of financial markets, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Supports the Mumbai Prime Brokerage hub with US hours, facilitating smooth trade flows, investigating issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Serves as primary/secondary point of contact for Hedge fund clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinates with various teams to facilitate smooth On-boarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
  • Collaborates with trading desk, operations, and internal teams to resolve issues during and after the On-boarding process.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Post Graduate Degree/MBA or equivalent finance major
  • Strong knowledge of Equities, Equity Derivatives, Convertible Bonds, Fixed Income, Repo, and Futures and Options
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good general knowledge and understanding of current macro-economic trends
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel at intermediate/expert level
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
