Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on international markets.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results.

  1. Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape in international markets.
  3. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging analytics and A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with global audiences.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
  6. Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and expenditure to meet campaign objectives.
  7. Coordinate with international teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to local markets, addressing cultural nuances and language requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on international campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale PPC, display, retargeting, and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
