Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met
- Assist in creating business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools
- Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but a plus)
