Business Strategist Role

As a member of our organization's program team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and providing directional support to cross-functional teams. You will engage with various stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, and HR, to provide insights on corporate strategies, new market opportunities, and existing partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for key markets and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Analyze business performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Present business cases and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of business performance and progress against goals.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in business development and strategy execution.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
