CNC Programmer Job Opportunity

Job Title: CNC Machinist Programmer

  • A highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC programmer is required to join our team as a machinist programmer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, writing, and testing CNC programs for various machines and collaborating with engineers and machinists to refine processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, write, and test CNC programs for different types of machinery.
    • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
    • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
    • Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
    • Perform quality control checks and support production with technical expertise.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and program archives.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality regulations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a CNC programmer (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in computer-aided manufacturing software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Familiarity with various materials and machining techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role requires strong knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.
