As a SAP Finance Control Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting SAP financial modules (FI/CO) to optimize business processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and cross-functional consultants to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP Finance solutions.
  • Configuring and customizing SAP FI/CO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting and Product Costing.
  • Leading workshops to gather requirements and map business processes.
  • Developing functional specifications and supporting technical teams in development.

You will participate in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects. This includes conducting system testing, validation and defect resolution. You will also provide end-user training, documentation and post-go-live support.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR, PP) for integration points. You will identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve system performance.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementations and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC and integration with other modules.

SAP certification in FI/CO is preferred. Exposure to SAP FSCM, Treasury or Project Systems is also desired.
