About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to drive financial transformation in manufacturing enterprises. As a key player in this process, you will configure the SAP FI system settings, including chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies.

You will possess mastery of financial transaction processing, including journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing. Proficient with SAP transaction codes related to FI, such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, and FBL5N.

Experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules like MM, SD, and CO is also required. Knowledge of SAP FI reporting and analytics, including generating financial statements and audit reports, is essential.

Familiarity with SAP data migration tools like LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs used in FI data transfers is also necessary. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements such as IFRS, GAAP, and tax laws relevant to FI configuration is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with SAP certification, Fiori, and SAP Activate methodology is a plus.

A strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance features as FI evolves on the HANA platform is also essential for this role. Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 financial support focused on manufacturing is essential.
