Experience in SAP FICO is essential for this role, where you will implement and support financial processes. A deep understanding of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) is also required, along with strong knowledge of financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.
  • Design and implement solutions for SAP RAR, including revenue accounting and reporting.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Handle system configuration, testing, and issue resolution for a seamless financial closing process.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes by ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
  • Conduct user training and documentation as needed to ensure efficient use of the SAP FICO system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment to achieve organizational goals.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and projects to stay up-to-date with the latest technology.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including P2P, O2C, and Record to Report
  • Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, etc.
  • Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
