As a seasoned Financial Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial systems and processes within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently conduct reviews of various financial areas to assess controls over operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
  • Participate in risk assessment exercises to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct investigations as directed by management, gathering evidence and preparing reports on findings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit plans, collaborating with team members as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results, documenting processes and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in preparation of Audit Committee Reports and papers, providing expert analysis and insights.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions and track progress towards implementing recommendations.

We seek candidates with 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager or 5-6 years of experience as a Manager in financial auditing, holding qualifications such as CA or CPA. Prior experience in manufacturing is highly desirable.

A working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and analytical tools is essential, along with strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
