Lead Project Coordinator

You will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes by implementing a comprehensive project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster open collaboration among project team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This includes keeping them informed on project status.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.

This position is suitable for individuals with a degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or a related field, who have expertise in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.

Candidates with experience in building construction and knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs are highly preferred.

In addition, the selected candidate will showcase exceptional team management and client-facing experience, as well as proficiency in adopting digital and technology initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, a process-driven approach, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction, with expertise in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Hold a degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or a related field.
  • Evidence willingness to work independently with minimal supervision, handling pressure effectively.
