We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team as a Senior Project Architect.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and site execution, with strong design development and coordination skills. They will be responsible for overseeing design development and coordinating with consultants and contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.

  • Design Development: Develop and implement interior design concepts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
