Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings, with the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.

You will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial constraints.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review technical drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
