Learning and Development Professional

Job Summary:
CCTECH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing training programs for fresh talents, as well as ongoing upskilling initiatives and academic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for fresh talents, covering technical skills, company culture, and soft skills.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure alignment of training content with business needs.
• Execute the designed training program effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through continuous assessments and feedback.
• Implement strong engagement activities to ensure trainees are engaged.
• Oversee and support the incubation process for trainees, providing mentorship, guidance, and resources to facilitate their successful integration into the company.
• Monitor the performance of incubees during their incubation period and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and address skill gaps among existing employees through targeted upskilling programs.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' technical and soft skills.
• Track and measure the impact of upskilling initiatives on employee performance and productivity.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions to explore opportunities for internships, research collaborations, and knowledge exchange.
• Coordinate campus collaboration activities.
• Develop and manage academic internship programs.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor's in Engineering domain is a must.
• Experience - New postgrads can apply.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant HR tools.
• Proficient in using Microsoft tools effectively.
• Ability to motivate and engage candidates.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze training data.
• Highly Self-Motivated and Proactive in Process Development Initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
