About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Cornerstone OnDemand. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that nurture talent and empower our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with regional and global stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing skill and gap analysis, collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership to validate findings.
  • Manage the training and development needs of the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Design and deliver innovative learning experiences, from instructor-led training to digital content.
  • Curate content and programs that can be consumed globally and by a hybrid employee population.
  • Support and drive Cornerstone's talent management practices, including Development Conversations, Cultural Initiatives, and Onboarding.
  • Ensure consideration for privacy and security obligations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Coaching/Mentoring.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with virtual and global team members.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
  • Direct experience and strong proficiency in creating written and digital learning materials.
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cornerstone's solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
