Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Primary Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language for data analysis, manipulation, and model development.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and Pandas for building predictive models.
  • Deep Learning and NLP:Experience in deep learning techniques and frameworks including TensorFlow for developing neural network models.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools and libraries such as NLTK for text mining and sentiment analysis.
  • Data Visualization and Analysis:Ability to visualize and interpret data using libraries like Matplotlib and Seaborn to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience in exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in large datasets.

Cloud and Deployment:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker for packaging and deploying machine learning applications.

Secondary Skills Required:

  • SQL and Database Management:Knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases, ensuring data availability and reliability for analysis.
  • Understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts for storing and retrieving structured data efficiently.
  • Version Control and Collaboration:Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing codebase, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring code integrity.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including data engineers and IT professionals to ensure data quality and availability.
