Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project plans, specifications, and quality standards are met. They will also monitor work on-site to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Oversee and manage construction activities, coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure projects progress efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation efficiently among subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily progress, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues during construction and offer practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress and address their concerns.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
