Job Title: Construction Cost Manager

As a skilled Construction Cost Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the costs associated with construction projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. This includes cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Study project scope and validate technical specifications received from the design team.
  • Optimize specifications without compromising client requirements.
  • Validate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings.
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management and obtain approvals.
  • Review and check Request for Alterations (RA) bills and final bills.
  • Prepare amendments as required.
  • Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Explore new products and take them to approval.
  • Propose optimization options in budgets.
  • Ensure completion of budget requirements within given turnaround times without delays.
  • Prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements.
