With a strong technical background in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, you will excel as a Litigation Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other critical legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition support, and trial assistance.
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships through clear communication regarding case status and strategy.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in patent law and procedural rules.
  • Work closely with team members and other practice groups to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Active membership in the Bar in your jurisdiction and good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
