Dispute Resolution Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to administer disputes on our online dispute resolution platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer disputes on the dispute resolution platform, ensuring timely and fair resolutions for all parties involved.
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to disputants throughout the dispute resolution process.
  • Manage communication between disputants and ensure seamless case management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot challenges and provide task support as needed.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting, preferably in a related field.
  • LLB graduate with excellent academic standing.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing software, including MS Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft clear and concise documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with online dispute resolution platforms.
  • Knowledge of arbitration laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
