We are seeking a skilled Partner Operations Specialist to join our team.

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the list of Launch's active certifications. You will track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.

You will also manage and triage help desk requests with clients, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution, and deliver accurate and timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.

Additionally, you will provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making, facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics, and identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.

You will support preparation and execution of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBCs (Executive Briefings), and possess a strong understanding of partner ecosystem, experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
