Key Objectives:

Last Mile Execution

  • Manage Delivery Operations from Start to Finish: Ensure timely deliveries and optimized routes within the logistics hub.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a Team of Delivery Professionals: Manage team performance, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Cash Reconciliation and Management: Oversee daily cash reconciliation during deliveries.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other key metrics.
  • Implement Operational Efficiency Strategies: Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Logistics Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations and management.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation.
  • Route Knowledge: Strong knowledge of city and nearby areas is essential for efficient delivery operations.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis Skills: Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
