Job Description

A leading organization seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee software delivery operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful completion of software projects.

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality Assurance team, Development Team, Engineers, Architects, and Customer Services to align customer requirements with quality standards.

The Project Manager will participate in RND meetings with clients, understand business requirements, and work closely with the project team to arrive at a project plan. This includes managing daily scrum calls, resolving impediments, and ensuring overall quality and timeline are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in .Net and RDMS technical skills would be beneficial. Experience in DevOps Environment and automation experience would be an added advantage.
  • Key Result Areas: Functional/feature review against Business Requirement Document, Testing, Regression, load, performance, high availability, GUI testing, and applications – Automation Testing.
  • Essential Skills: A good understanding of software development and quality standards, user experience. Good writing skills for documenting processes and good communication skills.
  • Desired Skills: Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment. Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers.
