Job Opportunity
  • The role involves generating leads from assigned banks across multiple channels, including life insurance and health insurance companies.
  • Candidates will be responsible for cross-selling various financial products to bank customers.

  • They must ensure timely policy issuance by coordinating medical reports.
  • Opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with the company's sales strategy will be explored.
  • Relationship Managers will support other sales teams through coaching on products, services, and selling skills, accompanying them on client visits and demonstrating effective behavior.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
  • Candidates from various backgrounds, including insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or sales verticals, are eligible.
  • Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
  • Graduation is a necessary requirement.
  • A strong track record and employment stability are essential.
