Support Specialist

The Customer Service Executive will work closely with the Supervisor/Manager to identify potential business opportunities and develop relationships with new vendors. They will also ensure compliance with all audit/RBI regulations.

1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Work closely with the Supervisor/Manager to identify potential business opportunities
3. Develop relationships with new vendors and ensure compliance with all audit/RBI regulations
4. Collect documents from customers and validate them according to organizational norms
5. Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement
6. Fulfill sanction ratios as per organizational requirements
7. Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in any discipline
