Crisis Communication:

Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to BALCO's reputation.

Ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.

Internal Communication:

">

Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.

">

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication:

">

Manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight BALCO's contributions to society.

Content Development & Quality Assurance:

">

Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.

">

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

~10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
