Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and execute long-term communication strategies aligned with BALCO's business objectives.
  • Identify key communication opportunities and optimize messaging for impact and relevance.

Media Relations Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international media outlets.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate media coverage of BALCO's achievements, projects, and corporate activities.

Crisis Communication:

  • Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to BALCO's reputation.
  • Ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.

Internal Communication:

  • Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
  • Foster employee engagement by ensuring transparent and consistent messaging.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication:

  • Manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight BALCO's contributions to society.
  • Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance corporate reputation.

Content Development & Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
